The villa consists of 4 bedrooms – 3 master & 1 two-bed, air-conditioning, indoor/outdoor living & dining rooms, 36 foot swimming pool, additional bar & BBQ area and 24-hour surveillance of the area. The kitchen has separate breakfast area and terrace, laundry room, and a guest bathroom.
The Villa comes with an excellent cook for Mexican and International cuisine and who also provides daily cleaning. Her husband is the butler and maintenance man. Located only one block to funicular to Ixtapa Beach, golf & tennis courses and only 10 minutes to Zihuatanejo where you will find a central market & marina. The villa is 5 minutes to fine restaurants, nightclubs, shops and the marina.
